Des propos d’un Président de la République, convaincu qu’un peuple : les français, qu’une nation : la France peut tenir à la baguette des populations entières : les africains, tout un continent : L’Afrique.
Il se serait attendu, le Président de la France, à voir le complexe du colonisé et l’ambition paternaliste emmurer les états visés dans un silence circonspect où leur rappeler qu’ils doivent la vie au monde développé, représenté par la France et qui fixe les règles du jeu international.
Surprise, les concernés ont eu des réactions à la hauteur de ce dérapage. Et pour une fois, la France ou mieux le grandissime MACRON, joue la carte de l’apaisement.
60 années ont passé depuis les indépendances. Beaucoup de colonisés quittent la gestion des affaires publiques dans le continent et cèdent de l’espace à des peuples fiers qui émergent çà et là en Afrique. Etre tenu comme un nourrisson à qui l’on montre le chemin, est une image en voie de disparition.
L’Algérie et le Mali exigent des explications et un minimum de bonne tenue dans les relations entre Etats libres et indépendants. La preuve, ils peuvent refuser le survol par les avions français de leur espace aérien ça c’est en Algérie ! Ou alors dire à haute voix, qu’une alternative à la force française existe, Ça c’est au Mali !
L’Afrique a un retard de développement, c’est certain. De nombreux jeunes du continent, continuent de mettre leur vie en péril pour arriver en occident, c’est un fait. Mais la souveraineté a un prix que les dirigeants engagés sont prêts à payer. La bombe diplomatique actionnée par MACRON a heurté le bouclier des puissances africaines en construction.
Le 1er ministre Malien, Ibrahim CHOGUEL MAIGA, est ferme. Il le clame même au perchoir de l’ONU : « la France a abandonné le Mali en plein vol »
Le Président Algérien Abdel MAJID TEBBOUNE exige de la France « le respect total de l’Etat Algérien »
Il y a quelques jours, d’un ton ferme, le ministre des Affaires Etrangères de la république Centrafricaine, Sylvie MBAIPO-TEMON, a rappelé au chef de la diplomatie française, Jean Yves LE DRIAN, que ses propos vis-à-vis de la RCA sont « Irrespectueux », « Désobligeants ». Ils sont même « Mensongers ». Le diplomate français expliquait sans preuves, que les russes présents dans ce pays pillent sans respect les biens.
La France maitre à penser de L’Afrique, cela ne semble plus être une réalité incontournable. Il est temps de changer de paradigme.
